All of these elements support the art of staging and redesign. Each circle touches and influences the other to aid in the overall objective of serenity in your home. The result is a comfortable and pleasing atmosphere for the enjoyment of you and your guests. I firmly believe that no one should feel agitated by what surrounds them ... surroundings matter!

Elements of Design

As you can see, there is more to staging and redesign than decluttering.  Life is a balancing act and it's no different with your home's surroundings.  If your surroundings are uneven, let me help you balance the scales.  It all begins with a simple phone call.  You will be armed with information once you take that first step!

According to the National Association of Realtors 2015 Home Staging Report:

  • Over 95% of buyer's agents say that home staging has at least some effect on the buyer's view of the home.

  • Over 81% of buyers find it "easier to vizualize the property as their future home" when it's staged.

  • Almost a third (28%) of buyers are more willing to "overlook property faults" when the home is staged.

  • 12% of real estate agents believe that staging "increases the dollar value of the home" at least 11-20% more.

Staging is well worth it when your house sells quickly and for top dollar.  Make sure you  have the competitive advantage before your house goes on the market.

Why Stage?
Why Redesign?

While there are no official statistics for redesign, 100% of home owners who don't try it don't know what they're missing.  Redesign is a great service that makes use of existing furnishings and accessories to create an innovative and fresh circle of surroundings.  Shopping items will be suggested to complete the new look.  Perfect scenarios for redesign include:

  • Moving into a new home and wanting to make sure it's done right from the start.

  • Avoiding spaces because they aren't designed properly.

  • Noticing that something is off in the overall balance of the room.

  • Freshening an older home.

Think of redesign as an investment in your future comfort without the expense of traditional design or renovation.
